Error Unable to add Apple Music Account

Hi, whenever I try to add Apple Music to my Sonos, I get the message 'Error Unable to add Apple Music Account'. Can someone please tell me why it won't log in? Thanks!

Also, diagnostic # is 7788534
Just worked on an iPad, it just wasn't working on android for some reason.
