Error 1013

We have a Play one system with 2 speakers that have been working perfectly for 2 years, however now it’s saying we need to update it and then we get an error 1013. I’ve completely rebooted our WiFi as well as both speakers (followed instructions to do a hard reboot), then re setup both speakers successfully- but it still tries to update and fails. Any suggestions?

Have you tried connecting the speakers to the router with an ethernet cable?

It appears that the FAQ for error codes isn't currently available (or my browser is having issues, will reboot in a minute to test that).
