Error 1002 - How to fix???

I have not made any changes to my system yet I keep getting an error 1002 and it wont play my music! How do i fix it? I am not running a firewall so that wont fix it!

Turn off router, Sonos AND every item linked to your network.

restart router, wait a few mins
Then Bridge or Boost if you have these, wait
Then restart Sonos Player
Then all other equipment
