Error 1002: Bridge
My system is asking to be updated but when I try the message above is displayed. A bridge is listed in my Rooms now for the first time. Is this the problem? How do I remove the Bridge when I don't have that hardware?

The BRIDGE only shows up in your controller app if it needs updating. Normally it doesn't list in your rooms menu because you can't play music through it. It may help to reboot the BRIDGE by removing it from power for ten seconds. Then, when it's back online, try to update again.
If that doesn't work, please send a diagnostic report and reply with the confirmation number, I'll take a look.
