Dropping connection

I wondered if you could help. My sonos system is suffering from a very patchy connection when connecting to steaming music sites and Internet radio.

I have two play 1's operating via my router (technically a wireless repeater). One is around 4m from the from the repeater and the other is about 8m through an internal wall.

The system can play music that is on my iPhone without any issue which suggests it isn't to do with the wireless connection and I can also connect to the streaming sires and tune in radio directly from my iPhone without issue.

Any advice?

Hi aliandjen,

It looks like your Sonos units have different settings for the network's gateway. Usually rebooting your Sonos units will cause them to update their network information, including the gateway setting. Please try that and let me know how it goes.
