Dropouts only fee times after switching tv channels.

Hope you can help!
I get a few (2-3) dropouts of a few seconds each, after switching to another tv channel or after rewinding/fast forwarding on my tv recorded video's.

I connected my UHD Sony tv via an optical cable, switched/tested with all three available channels. No result.
Listening to my radiostations works fine.

After spending almost 2k Euro I hope that you can help me to solve thuis annoying issue.
My diagnostic number is 6768440

Drop outs stil occur.
