I have Sonos in 2 rooms and Ethernet cable plugged into the playbar of the Lounge. In the Lounge it all works fine but in the other room keeps dropping out. Would it help to buy a longer Ethernet cable and plug it in to the play 1 that’s much nearer to the room with the problem?
