dropout and general unreliability

Hi, I have a stereo pair of play 1s and 2 other speakers connected to my network


I often get the right speaker of the pair dropping out, then it will come back on line intermittently.


I also find that my speakers are quite unreliable. Sometimes the lounge speaker won't be found and I'll be unable to connect to it at all.


Can someone help please?

Probably best to send a diagnostic the next time you have an issue and contact Sonos support directly, the contact page has 24x7 contact options.

You could try changing your WiFi channel, try 1, 6 and 11 to see if any of them are better for you.
