I want to force Sonos to download a list of my ripped albums into a spread sheet. Anybody out there done that. I want to compare what Sonos sees in my Vortexbox with what I see in my Vortebox.

No ability to do this. You can see number of tracks indexed using some http web utilities.
Thanks. I was afraid of this. What web utilities? I have a friend who is competent in computer stuff (I am not) and perhaps he could help me use it. I did put theflac folders for the VB into an Excel spread sheet.

They aren't complicated to access. Give you a a lot of stats in submenues like how many tracks scanned. See info here https://bsteiner.info/articles/hidden-sonos-interface
Many thanks. You're a rock star for a good reason.
Go to http://Sonos-IP:1400/status/tracks
Hit ctrl-A and ctrl-C to select all and copy
Open a new Excel spreadsheet and paste

Be sure to replace where it says Sonos ip with up address of unit. You can find under settings..about my Sonos

You should be typing in the address bar of the browser:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1400/status/tracks where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address (i.e. 123.456.789.012) of a Sonos player. As Chris said, you can find the IP of a player by going to Settings->About My Sonos System in the Sonos app.
Thanks to you all. I am a happy camper.
