I reset my system. I downloaded the S1 app on my iPad. But I can’t get the bridge and the CR200 controller to connect.  Any tips?

Hi @dg_g, thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community.

I would like to inform you that the CR200 is no longer supported.

However, you should be able to add the bridge to S1.

I would like to know the LED light the Bridge is showing. This will tell us the status of the Bridge.

If it’s solid white, press the button on top. It should show a flashing amber light. this means the Bridge is still functioning.

If it’s flashing green, go to Settings > System > Add Boost or Bridge.

If you encounter an error, what is the Error code?

The information you provide is appreciated.

I would like to inform you that the CR200 is no longer supported.

At S2.

CR200 still works with an S1 household.

Hi @ratty, true, as long as doesn’t need replacing and it’s functioning fine it should also run in S1.

Support for replacements or fixes, however, is no longer supported as Sonos no longer manufactures CR200s.

Thank you for calling it out.

@dg_g, once we get the Sonos Bridge working we also should be able to add the CR200 back as it needs SonosNet to work.

Brilliant - thanks Kyle A - all working now. Cheers!
