Delay and cutouts in sonos

Hi, I currently have a bridge, playbar, play 5, play 1 and am experiencing delays and cutouts while playing music.
Think it might be interference but Im not sure if it is that and how to solve it. Already sent a diagnosis with track # 8327574.
Would appreciate any advice on how to solve these problems

Hi there, Carlos. Welcome to the community. I do have a couple of suggestions that I think will help. Firstly, please change the Sonosnet channel. Try both 1 and 6 to see which works best. Next, please go to Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Wireless Setup -> Next -> Do Not Enter the Password -> Tap RESET. Having done this, the system should work far more reliably. If not, please run further diagnostics and respond with the confirmation number. Many thanks!
