Hi I contacted sonos a while back in lock down and was told I could get a replacement Sonos at a discount to replace my unit which just stopped working.I would prefer to get it repaired but was told they don't offer this service. My question is can anyone recommend an independent repair service for the unit.

If you are talking about a Play:5 (Gen 1) speaker, it would be cheaper to just purchase a used one from eBay. They are currently selling for around $100-$150 USD.
