Why do we have to rely on other customers for customer support? Don't you have human beings we can call for help?

Can't you call customer service? I've called them a lot and they're really helpful...

There are Sonos employees that respond to questions here as well as some of us helpful community members. In addition to this site, you can also email Sonos Support or call them. The phone number for Support can be found on their main Support page, in the right column.
