I use a Roku for my TV with Sonos Beam. I rented a movie on Vudu App and during the louder volume / higher tones of music during the "Bohemian Rhapsody" movie it made a crackling / static sound for the first time. I noticed some people talk about this but haven't heard a fix yet?
I tested my daughters "Frozen" movie on my Roku with the "Prime Video" app, "Google Play Movie" app, and "Disney Movie Anywhere" app and it never made a crackle or static sound during the music. But that same movie on the "Vudu" app on Roku made a crackle / static sound.
I haven't had issues when I play music on my "youtube music" app or "amazon music" app either yet.
Does anyone know if there is a setting or audio fix for the Vudu app or is there something on the Sonos Beam App that could fix this audio output issue for certain apps? My easy fix is just not to use "Vudu" app for now.
