CR200 not working after 8.1 update

After the 8.1 update my CR200 has become unreliable. Frequent hangs with spinning wheel, timeouts on several operations (browse music, connect to services) and unability to save alarms. It works intermittently but fails most of the time. What is this, and what can be done about it?

Perhaps it might be helpful to submit a system diagnostic, and post the number here, for the folks at Sonos to look at? There would likely be data in the log files that would be helpful. You may need to run it from another device, if you can't get it working on the CR200.

I have the same problem with both CR200s diagnostic number 8182160
