CR200 not responding

My CR200 is not responding to any touch, so I can use it with my SONOS system despite me removing the battery.

Can someone advise me further please?

It sounds like you've hit the infamous CR200 touchscreen problem. You'll need to contact Sonos Support, but frankly if the cost involved is significant I'd just get a cheap Android tablet or SIM-free phone and dedicate that for Sonos use. The CR200 is no longer fully functional anyway.
