Connectivity trouble on all applications

For some time now I have been having trouble with skipping/jumping through songs with the Spotify App, as well as the online radio application.

I have a fairly good knowledge about electronics and connectivity so i feel like I have tried most of the tricks I can read about.
I already upgraded my router to the large Apple Extreme, running the wifi on a different channel. I live in a appartment block, but the router is only 15 feet from my Sonos Connect.

I have created the diagnostics for Sonos : 8385555
If anyone from the company is reading this.

If anyone else have any good advices they would be much appriciated. Thank you in advance!
