Connection to Spotify was lost - constantly

been connected to my Pandora account for years, no problem. I just added Spotify today and it will not play ANYTHING. Arghhhhh! All it does is tell me that the connection to Spotify was lost, over and over and over.

Hi Houston, welcome to the community, we'll be happy to help. For this type of issue, we'll want to get our eyes on a diagnostic. Can you follow the steps to submit one and then post the number here?
I am having the same problem after connecting to a new router. I can play music from my device, but cant con ect to spptify.
Same message here - have sonos connect, play 1 and 2 play 5s - no issues with Spotify ever - since last upgrade constant issues with connection problems - number is: 8136812. can you please have a look?
