Connection or app issues

I'm having a number of problems with my system.

- Will occasionally stop me from adding or removing systems from a playback group.

- Systems are disappearing, before randomly returning.

- Playback is stopping, or music is repeatedly restarting.

All in all I'm getting more and more frustrated with Sonos.

Have you tried rebooting your router and phone?

Yes, it's still problematic.

The problems you experience couldbe caused by wifi interference. Take a look at this article:

If that does not resolve your problems submit a diagnostic within few minutes of an issue and post the number here for Sonos to look into, or call Sonos Support to discuss the diagnostic.

You could also try wiring one of your Sonos speakers directly to your router with an ethernet cable.

Unfortunately connecting directly to the router is not a realistic option.

I'll look into the interference issue but I'm hoping someone from Sonos can pipe in?
