“Connection lost” unable to play all services

My sonos system will not play any services. Apple Music, Pandora, or music on my phone. It may start a song, but then will say “connection lost” or “insufficient bandwidth”. If I unplug the sonos router it may work for 5 minutes or so, but then fails again. I ran a Speedtest for my network and I have more than sufficient bandwidth (70 down, 5 up).
Please help. The system is rendered useless.
