Hi @RayRay 801, thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community. On your concern about having issues connecting to your Sonos system. I’d like to ask some things to further check on this issue.

  • What are the color of the lights on your Sonos Speakers?
  • Are there any changes made in the settings before this issue persists?
  • Are you using the Sonos S1 or S2 App?
  • Have you tried another controller if it’s still the same?
