connect to sonos component


Just received a new controller. the controller says your sonos component was not found. try pressing again it says on your sonos component press and release the button as show below. it says to press the bridge , we do not have a bridge. Please advise

Hello John,

does the Controller offer you to Reset the Controller or Factory-reset the Controller? If so, please use this option. The Controller will reboot - afterwards it needs to be connected to one of your Sonos components.
It will then receive all settings for the whole Sonos household.
