Sometimes when I’m listening my own music (playlist) song are jumping to another when previous song was not finished

I've had this too. I've always assumed it is some sort of connectivity issue (the rest of the song can't be downloaded so it skips). Quite an assumption on my behalf though!

Submit a diagnostic and contact Sonos support with the number, twitter and facebook are staffed 24x7, phones are open weekdays or you can leave it here and hope it is seen and responded to.
