Connect disconnects

Connect only stays connected for 5-10 minutes.   Won’t reconnect without unplugging.  
 

have attempted direct connection to router but does not work.  
 

very frustrating.

Hi @atxguy 

Try this:

  1. Unplug all Sonos
  2. Reboot your router
  3. Update you iOS or Android device if necessary
  4. Power cycle your device
  5. Install the latest Sonos App
  6. Plug-in your Sonos and let each come back B4 moving to the next...start with your Boost
  7. Test your Sonos

If the above does not correct the issue then I suggest you submit a diagnostic within 10 minutes of the Connect dropping, post the reference ID in this forum and contact Sonos.
