Connect:Amp is dropping volume

Our connect amp recently started dropping the volume for a few seconds them returning back to the regular volume. There seems to be no correlation with the software and out other connect amp does not have this problem.

If this happens with all music sources and on a specific unit, this is certainly something we will want to have a closer look at. That said, it would be best to give our support technicians a call to take a look at this erratic volume behaviour in real time and determine if the unit itself needs to be replaced.

Hi there, haroldscoffee. Does this happen on all sources of audio or does this happen only with a specific music service like Pandora or Spotify? Does there seem to be a pattern to when the volume drops?
It happens with all sources we also tried using mp3s stored on the computer and the same thing happened.
