Connect:Amp (gen 1) - only ethernet cable works, not wifi

Hi -

I cannot get my gen 1 connect amp working with S1 app over wifi, only with ethernet cable. I have read other messages here saying to go into advanced network settings to update wifi password.

I don’t see where this is possible, only a setting for wifi is enabled or not.

Can someone please suggest how to get connect amp working with wifi?

I think you might be talking about changing the wireless channel on your router: https://support.sonos.com/s/article/4769?language=en_US

Has this worked on wifi previously? Has the password changed?

The setting that I think you were referring to is in Settings,  System,  Network. 

Previously, in my previous home, I only used it in wired mode, and yes I am referring to Settings, System, Network.

 

Where can I find password setting?

Tap "Wireless Setup".

 Thanks but I don’t see wireless setup in s1 app, what is the top level menu item? 

“Settings”->”System”->“Network”, and “Wireless setup” is at the top.
