Connect:Amp

I’ve recently moved and am trying to set up my connect:amp.  

I have already set up playbar, sub, ones and two One SLs and am now using S2 app.  

I was able to get the connect:amp to be recognized and tried several times to add to my system and now cannot even see it to connect it.  I’m not sure if this is because of the upgrade to S2.  

Any advice?

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community.

Since you just moved in and most of all your devices are already connected.

What you can try is hardwire the connect:amp using an ethernet cable temporarily to your modem or router.

Then choose to find the missing product.

If you find your connect:amp need to set up the connect:amp wirelessly again Go to Settings » System » Network » Wireless Setup.
