Connect alternating between flashing white light and flickering/dim solid light; cannot connect to WiFi


Title describes the issue. Device reboot and reset efforts following all sonos instructions do nothing. Is my device dead?? Very frustrating.

Have you tried hooking it to Ethernet to see if that makes any difference?

It sounds like bad power with the flicker/dim LED but maybe it is just stuck in a boot loop.

Ethernet hook up fixed everything. Thank you!

I’m having the same problem and hooked up to Ethernet directly at the router and nothing happened. My system shows it as offline. Help!

If you hooked it up and rebooted (power cycled) it and you didn’t get it working you might contact Sonos support directly, they have several options on the contact page, some open 24x7.
