I have the same problem since 2 days
I can use all 3 Sonos devices but have lost room settings in the setup menu. Each time I launch the iOS app I'm prompted to update but after getting to about 90% on the progress bar I get an error. The "more info" button says

You are signed up for beta, but iOS devices are not eligible, so you are now in limited compatibility mode. That's why you get the update loop and loss of settings. For more info on the beta, iOS limited compatibility, and instructions on how to leave beta, see these links:

Hi everyone,

There's currently an issue with downgrading from the beta program. At this time you'll need to work with our phone team in order to get your systems off of the beta. You can find our phone number and hours here.

The update issue should now be resolved. The beta is now complete and folks should be able to update without issue. If you do get an error you can try to leave the beta program or contact me through direct message for help.
