Cant connect to Sonos

I have the Sonos Amp. It worked great but now when I open the app it tries connect to the amp but always goes to a screen that says "We can't connect to Sonos". Any ideas?

That’s a good indication that your controller device is connected to a different wifi signal than the Sonos Amp is. Do you have a mesh network, or a wifi extender, or even maybe have your controller on a 5Ghz network rather than the 2.4Ghz network? Might be worth, as a test, connecting your Sonos Amp directly to the router with an ethernet cable, and see if it shows up.
