Playbar has disappeared from network after coupe of years of use, no light, when power off/on there’s still no light, have tried pressing down volume to get green light but nothing. Fuse is plug is fine. Have sent diagnostic 104978783

While you wait for Sonos to look at your diagnostic, have you double checked in the room settings that you haven’t turned off the LEDs?
