Cannot add songs to the queue and error 1002

It's now a year later, and the problem still exists. What gives?
I have the same problem! But I have this problem also on my desktop wired to the network where my NAS is with all the songs (PLEX). Today I have loaded a >3000 songs playlist in the Queue. But a bigger playlist still won't load ... Perhaps this same issue causes another problem as I can't open the Playlists from PLEX in SONOS. I thought it was a PLEX - NAS (QNAP) problem. NAS toooo slow.
