My Play:1 has stopped working. It used to work but since we changed modem it no longer works.
I've already done the following when using the Sonos app on an iOS device:
- Toggled the wi-fi settings
- Restarted router
- Checked the Play:1 is getting power (it is, when I try to add it I'm not getting the chime)
- Wired directly to the router with ethernet
- Unplugged for 2 mins, tried over again
