Cannot add Play:1 to network

Hi there,

My Play:1 has stopped working. It used to work but since we changed modem it no longer works.

I've already done the following when using the Sonos app on an iOS device:
  • Toggled the wi-fi settings
  • Restarted router
  • Checked the Play:1 is getting power (it is, when I try to add it I'm not getting the chime)
  • Wired directly to the router with ethernet
  • Unplugged for 2 mins, tried over again
Any ideas? Other Sonos speakers are currently operating as normal. I just can't get this one device to connect again to the home network.
