Cannot add my iTunes Music Library to Sonos "1"

Add me to the list of the hundreds who are having HUGE issues in trying to add/sync my iTunes Music Library to my new Sonos 1. Love Sonos, but not being able to add iTunes library or playlists or even one song is incredibly annoying and disappointing. Could SONOS PLEASE Help.

Hello there, mcdonald44. Thanks for posting and for the details. In most cases where users describe a problem with connecting to a Music Library, I recommend giving our support technicians a call to troubleshoot this in real time over a remote session. They can verify that folder and network permissions are set properly. Thanks!
