Can't save a Sonos Playlist in v9.3 - why?

Hello -

I have a Sonos Play 3 running v9.3 (build 47259120) from a MacBook Pro w/Mojave 10.14.2 and iOS 12. Neither device is able to save a Sonos playlist. My music is sourced from Spotify.

The recent diagnostic I ran is 1815068424.

Any thoughts on why Sonos would not let me save a playlist? How should I resolve this?

Once you have music in queue of Sonos and try to save it as a playlist - what happens (error?)

You have to have your music in the queue.. bring up the queue (hamburger lines in top right of now playing) and choose SAVE. On Mac little easier as should have save button direct below the always showing queue.
