Same issue as everyone else from past two years.
Uninstalled, added again, etc.
There are lots of solutions in other threads about this topic, besides uninstalling/reinstalling, such as trying a different type of controller device, signing out of iOS "media and purchases” etc; so perhaps look through the older threads and maybe give those things a try.
Wild guess: Android?
