Can’t get speaker to play after downloading sonos 2

I downloaded new Sonos2 app, but now I can’t get my Sonos One speaker to work.  I tried rebooting the router as well as removing Spotify from Sonos app and then readding, nothing works.  Looks like it is trying to connect but never does.  Any ideas?

Hi @pegt, Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the community. Regarding your concern about the Sonos One speaker which is not working, I’d like to ask some things to further check.

  • Are you getting any error message when playing songs?
  • Have you tried another music service? Is it still happening?
  • Have you tried it on another controller if the issue still persists?

Kindly submit a diagnostic report for us to investigate on what could be causing this issue.
