Can’t get Play:1 to register

After a long running problem I managed to update my speakers to the S2 app. Problem now is that my 2 Play:1 speakers continually show up as ‘not registered’

Already tried connecting via Ethernet and also doing factory resets.

Play:3 in the picture is connected via Ethernet all the time as part of the system.

Any tips appreciated

Hi @NanaPlough.

Welcome, thank you for reaching out to Sonos Community.

When you select the option Not Registered are you getting any error message?

It should have an instruction all the way to register your product.
Let us know if it works. If you need help with any other information, please be sure to let us know.

No error code given.
Just waits for a long time while registering product and then comes back with ‘setup problem’ - check date and time settings are correct

Sure, report number is 1943809778

Just to clarify, I’ve already reset all speakers. The same 2 always are added fine to the network. And the same other 2 always get stuck at the registration point.
When adding the sequence is fine, searches for product, finds it, assigning it to a room. But will not register them.
I’ve also previously reset my router settings. And Sonos is only using Sonos net through the Play:3, wifi has been taken off the network settings.

hope this helps

The rooms named ‘bedroom’ and ‘dining room’ are the problematic speakers
