Can’t connect to sonos

Hi all - recently returned from holiday and unable to connect to Sonos from any devices via the controller app. The only way to get it up and running is to connect one speaker via Ethernet wire to the router. Have re-entered wifi credentials but refuses to connect unless wired connection is active. TV is still playing through playbar with usual sound throughout. Help! P.S. recently installed 2 ring security cameras, but was working fine alongside these for a week or 2.
