Can't access or save Sonos playlists

Cannot access Sonos playlists or save a new Sonos playlist on any controller. This is a recent problem. Music from hard drive, Spotify (& playlists), imported playlists etc all work fine. Error messages - unable to save queue (for saving) and unable to browse music (when retrieving, although can browse music just not sonos playlists)
