Bricked System: Devices Need Constant Reset

Hi, I have a SONOS system I bought a couple years ago and over the past few months they have routinely disconnected themselves and require reset to get working. Now they are not even being found, despite being reset.

Do I just have a bad system? What can be done to fix it?

Update: the app won’t even load now. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, but I just get grey squares. Is this expected behavior?

No, it isn’t. But you’ve not given us much information to even begin to help you.

What Sonos devices do you have? What OS (s1 or s2) are they running? How do you have them connected to your LAN, via wifi, or using a BRIDGE?

What device is your controller running on? What OS is it running? Which version number of the controller are you trying to run?

What kind of network do you have? Is it standard, or mesh?
