Beam sync issue

My setup is Samsung KS 55800 HDR TV, Sky Q 2TB & Beam, tried HDMI ARC but had sync issues, now connected from TV One connect to Beam using Optical, still seeing some sync issues. Sky Q set to PCM or bitstream makes no difference, TV settings the same. Dolby Digital selected on Sky & TV to get Dolby 5.1 or 2.

Samsung HDR Blu Rays no sync issues at all so it points to Sky Q I think.

Is there anything else I can do?

I can send diagnostics if Sonos support can take a look?

Thanks for your reply, can’t say I’ve narrowed it down to particular feeds but it does seem like recordings are worse than a live feed form Sky Q.

My Samsung UHD Blu ray player goes through the One Connect as well but does not show sync issues, there seemed to be more output options on the Blu Ray than the TV though so maybe that makes a difference?

If anyone gets back to me or I work it out I will advise.

I get the same issue but only on UHD stuff, have a look at my post regarding this and hopefully we can both get some answers!
