Beam and Fios TV

Our Sonos Beam audio from tv stops working when we change the Fios channel and when changing the input to the Fios input (from fire stick for example). Going into tv speaker settings, selecting tv speakers, and waiting for the tv to auto change it back to Sonos fixes the issue. Also unplugging/plugging back in cable box HDMI or ARC cable fixes the issue. Any suggestions? Have tried resetting/restarting all devices

I’d try an update of the TV’s software, it sounds like it’s not switching the audio input on the ARC properly. You may need to contact the TV’s manufacturer directly.
