Bad bass sound

Hi. The bass sound on my sonos one is really bad. I can’t listen to music because of this. It has happened one time before, and they gave us a new sonos. And now the same thing is happening again. I have not touched anything, the sonos in my room is on my desk. Why is this happening? What can I do about it?
