3 weeks ago my SONOS system experiences a lag between video and sound, the problem is presented by the conect, it is more than proven because the transmitter is a panasonic TV and when I connect it to my NILES plant the lag disappears, I need an answer urgently, I have a sound shop and I sell Your brand, can you imagine what this problem does to your reputation and my sales? Thank you!

Your Sonos has probably probably started to use 'Compressed' audio mode, incurring a ~2s buffering delay. Read the information in the support note at [1] for more details. Note that the CONNECT is explicitly not intended for AV use, something you should be aware of if you're in the business of selling Sonos.
