3 weeks ago my SONOS system experiences a lag between video and sound, the problem is presented by the conect, it is more than proven because the transmitter is a panasonic TV and when I connect it to my NILES plant the lag disappears, I need an answer urgently, I have a sound shop and I sell Your brand, can you imagine what this problem does to your reputation and my sales? Your Sonos has probably probably started to use 'Compressed' audio mode, incurring a ~2s buffering delay. Read the information in the support note at  for more details. Note that the CONNECT is explicitly not intended for AV use, something you should be aware of if you're in the business of selling Sonos.
