audio skips intermittently while watching a movie

Here is my diagnosis code: 1444175297

i watched mortal Kombat and now Stowaway on HBO Max and Netflix, respectively. The sound has gaps intermittently and I have already disconnected the hdmi cable and restarted the sonos arc and I’m still getting the same issue.

While you wait on Sonos to look at that diagnostic, check the TV for software updates, then reboot it by unplugging it from the wall for two minutes.

@Airgetlam thanks the additional troubleshooting step I’ll check for a firmware update and unplug the tv from the wall outlet. I’ll update you on my findings.
