asking for sings

More than half the time Sonos cannot find a song that I request by song name and performer. It fails on both Amazon and Apple and I subscribe to both. Usually, Sonos response is that it cannot find the song, or it plays the wrong song. If I search online, I can find the song, usually in my collection. How can I improve this performance?
