Ask for supporting of ZP100

Just unpacked my ZP100 player & CR100 controller from the store room, both of them bought from 2007.

Power on the ZP100 and LAN cable connect to router, keep flashing the White led...
1. follow the instruction of CR100, press "mute" & "+" bottons many times on ZP100...no response, ZP100 keep flashing white.
2. Use Win10 sonos software or Android apps, still no response, keep flashing white.

Then, try factory reset...
Power off > hold "mute" botton>Power ON > continuously & alternatively flash organe>white>orange LED (until power off).

Does anyone advise what happen? and how to solve it to let this powerful machine reborn.

You need to contact support by phone. Both are so out of date they need to be forced an update in order to connect and only support can do it.
