have seen other postings like this with no resolution. Unable to recover sound from arc at all now. turning off TV and trying to stream music fail. This is garbage,.

Seems odd. I have Hulu, so I see a certain amount of their commercials, and I’ve never had sound cut off on my Arc. Nor do I recall posts about that issue here in the forums. I’d echo
