Apple music not connecting to sonos

My Apple music is not adding to my list of services. Everytime I go to put my Apple password it and click sign in nothing happens and it just asks for my password again and again. Any ideas how to fix it? I've tried restarting the controller, resetting WiFi, and resetting the Sonos speaker. Help!

Hi there, nsperl. Thanks for posting about this. Are you by chance doing this on an Android device? Our team is actively tracking and working with Apple to address this issue. Do you happen to have any other controllers available to try adding your Apple Music account from?

It is on an Android device. I will try using another device to get it added.
